I am keen to improve my overall health, balance and hope to be able to live independently when the time comes. Weight loss and body image were also top of my mind. Want to look better. I was introduced to Hudson by the original owners. I was immediately impressed by Hudson who has one aim and that is to help you attain strength and coordination. Hudson is very attentive to any injuries (not caused by gym) and will work the session around this continually checking to see if there is any pain. I’d never done any weight training and started with a degree of trepidation. The sessions which are targeted and varied have certainly strengthened my arms and legs (I now realise I have a core!) and given me confidence in carrying out the exercises not only in the correct way but also with increasingly heavy weights in order to get the full benefits & without risk of injury.
